The 23-year-old actress ousted last year’s #1 woman, Emmanuelle Chriqui, in the standings. Here’s the top ten:

The girls were spotted arm-in-arm post-performance, but E!’s Awful Truth spies say Blake wasn’t interested in anyone from the opposite sex during her NYE revelry, unlike her ex.
As for why Penn was hanging with such a random group of celebs (except for his Gossip costar, Chace), a source says they all share the same manager, who brought the gang to Miami.
Sure, makes sense. That’s how you choose who to party with, right?

Acteur Ryan Gosseling heeft in een interview laten weten dat Blake niets meer is dan een goede vriendin. Hiermee haalt hij de geruchten neer dat het tweetal aan het daten is of zelf een relatie zou hebben!

Actor Ryan Gosling has played down the rumours he is dating Gossip Girl stunner Blake Lively, insisting she is a ‘good friend’.The Notebook star was first linked to Lively in October 2010 after they were spotted at Disneyland together.
They were also seen getting very close to eachother at the afterparty for the New York premiere of Gosling’s new movie, Blue Valentine.
He refuses to be drawn into the dating gossip and has instead praised Blake for her onscreen talents.
He tells People.com, “She’s an incredible actress; she’s a good friend.”
Lively split from her boyfriend and Gossip Girl co-star in September after three years together.
