Blake Lively surprised the world by getting married to Ryan Reynolds last night – and now her wedding dress designer has been revealed!

The 25-year-old actress wore a Marchesa one of a kind couture bridal ballgown, with a hand draped silk tulle bodice adorned with custom crystal and rose gold embroidery. We sure hope we’ll get a chance to see Blake in the gorgeous creation!

The bridal party each wore a unique custom made blush silk chiffon Marchesa gown, with crystal embroidered detail. All of the ladies wore shoes by Christian Louboutin.

Ryan and the groomsmen all wore Burberry suits with custom Christopher Bailey leather suspenders, according to People.

Blake and Ryan worked with Martha Stewart‘s team to create the “intimate, personalized party in a rustic barn.”

“From the heartfelt ceremony to the fun-filled carnival hour and elegant reception, it was a truly enchanting celebration,” according to the Martha Stewart Weddings, which will publish more details from the affair in its December issue.

CHARLESTON – Er gaan hardnekkige geruchten dat Blake Lively en Ryan Reynolds afgelopen weekend in het huwelijksbootje zijn gestapt.

Een plaatselijk radiostation meldt dat het acteerstel elkaar zondag op een ranch in Charleston, South Carolina, het jawoord heeft gegeven. Dat meldt het blad People. Een bron vertelt tegenover People dat de twee in de stad waren om te trouwen.
Het Amerikaanse blad bevestigt tevens dat er een groot evenement plaatshad waar Florence Welch, van de band Florence and the Machine en goede vriend van Lively, een optreden verzorgde. Ook zou er een bruidstaart zijn bezorgd en werden de moeder en zus van de actrice gespot in Charleston.
De 25-jarige Lively en de 35-jarige Reynolds zijn sinds een jaar een stelletje en kochten onlangs samen een huis in New York
Reynolds was eerder twee jaar lang getrouwd met Scarlett Johansson. De twee scheidden in 2010. Dit zou het eerste huwelijk zijn voor Lively, die eerder een relatie had met Penn Badgley.

Blake Lively fulfilled her lifelong dream of hanging out with the Spice Girls.
The ‘Gossip Girl’ actress was in London when the girl group – Victoria Beckham, Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton and Geri Halliwell – went out for dinner at the same restaurant as her and Blake couldn’t resist joining them.
She told Britain’s Marie Claire magazine: ”I was in London and I stayed in my hotel most of the time because it was raining. But on the last night I went out for dinner. After I’d arrived, I was told a bunch of paparazzi had showed up. I thought, ‘that’s so weird. I’ve been Left Alone most of my stay – why are they bothering me now?’ But then someone told me it was because Victoria Beckham was in the same restaurant.

”I was like, OK, that makes sense. She’s a friend of mine and I would have said hello but I decided I didn’t want to bother her. Until that person then told me that she was there with I was like, I need to say hello! So, there you have it; I got to hang out with the Spice Girls. It was my lifelong dream. That’s it now. I can quit.”
Blake was so obsessed with the Spice Girls when she was younger that she even had her own version of Geri’s famous Union Jack dress.

She said: ”When I was a child I probably should have been medicated about my obsession with the Spice Girls. I had the Buffalo shoes, a custom made Baby Spice necklace -when I say custom made it was made out of plastic from the local mall – and a Union Jack dress.”
